My name is Chris. I am a 6 time Little League All-Star, have 9 years of travel ball experience and 3 years of varsity baseball as a starting pitcher. I played baseball at San Diego State University and hold the title of 2006 Triple Crown National Champion. I've since been coaching for 8 years. I have experience coaching through All-American and as a paid California Baseball Academy coach. I created West Coast Mob Squad, a 9u team that was ranked number 5 in the country last season according to TBR and Perfect Game. As a coach I focus on simplifying mechanics to increase consistency, player mentality, and providing analytics and digital feedback.
My name is Jonathan Morris, and I have been playing, coaching and
instructing baseball for 36 years. I started at the age of 4 playing on
several hand selected All Star teams all the way up through high school
where I was a 4-year letterman in baseball and football. I have also played competitive level Slow Pitch softball for the last 12 years. I have Coached both men's slow pitch softball as well as football, soccer, and baseball for youth sports. I am a retired Marine and in 2023 I finished my 20-year career with honors. I was a certified formal instructor in the USMC for 13 years. My goals are to teach players the basics to establish a strong foundation to catapult from, bring the joy of competitive baseball back to youth sports, but most importantly to teach kids the core sportsmanship values that transcend the ballfields we call home.
Hello, my name is Robert Gonzales. I have coached girls’ softball for many years. For the past 9 years, I have been coaching competitive girls travel softball with the Athletics Jendro organization. I have managed teams in different ages at a high level, competing for a Premier Girls Fastpitch National Championship, finishing fourth in the country. My 14U girls team won the Colorado Sparkler Championship, one of the biggest travel softball tournaments in the nation. I grew up playing baseball all my life. I was a 4-year varsity player who played travel ball in the off season and in the Mexican Leagues. My work ethic and skills granted me the biggest opportunity of being drafted my senior year of high school by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 1996 June Major League Baseball Amateur draft. My passion for coaching and playing is inspired by my father who played professionally in the Mexican League as a pitcher. I reside in Menifee, CA with my wife and three daughters, (#Girl Dad). My middle daughter, who I have coached since she was 4 years old, is now currently a freshman playing division 1 softball at Saint Mary’s College. I enjoy training and developing young athletes, and I have had the honor in assisting several athletes become colligate softball players. My goal is to continue to inspire, train, and develop young athletes and help them build confidence whether it be at the next level of competition or in life overall.
Hey! My name is Emma Urban! I’ve been playing softball since I was five and continued my softball journey playing Division 1 softball at Tarleton State University. I’ve been so blessed to say softball has taught me more than just the sport; it’s brought the best of friends, the mental aspects of the game, and it let me travel the country. Along with crazy life lessons. My goal is to teach you to love the sport just as much as I do and give you as much knowledge from all of my experiences from travel ball and playing at the highest collegiate level. My main focuses are pitching and hitting.
My name is Justin Strickland and I am a 20 year old college student with 17 years of baseball experience. Growing up in Southern California and playing travel I made the decision early on to focus on catching. I knew this would set me apart from the competition. I had the privilege of learning from multiple professional and collegiate players along the way. Over the years of playing baseball, I have developed a plethora of skill, knowledge and love for the game that I want to pass on to you.
