My name is Jonathan Morris, and I have been playing, coaching and
instructing baseball for 36 years. I started at the age of 4 playing on
several hand selected All Star teams all the way up through high school
where I was a 4-year letterman in baseball and football. I have also played competitive level Slow Pitch softball for the last 12 years. I have Coached both men's slow pitch softball as well as football, soccer, and baseball for youth sports. I am an Active Duty Marine, and in May 2023 will finish my 20-year career with honors. I have been a certified formal instructor in the USMC for the last 12 years. My goals are to teach players the basics to establish a strong foundation to catapult from, bring the joy of competitive baseball back to youth sports, but most importantly to teach kids the core sportsmanship values that transcend the ballfields we call home.
Hey! My name is Max, I grew up playing baseball here in Menifee all my life. From MVLL to travel ball with the Menifee Mustangs, High School ball at Paloma, and then finally four years of college ball at Arizona Christian University. At ACU I played under head Coach Bill Swift, former 2nd overall draft pick, silver medal Olympic winner all with a 13 year MLB career; the lessons in coaching, baseball and life from him were second to none. While playing in college, I was fortunate enough to have also played two summer seasons for the Washington Nationals Collegiate Scout team. I have a passion for the game and how valuable it can be when it comes to instilling values that will last a lifetime. Coaching has always been a passion of mine, from the time I was in High School I was giving hitting lessons to my mom's 5th grade students out of the cage in our backyard. If baseball has taught me anything, it's that you will always have to overcome adversity, both in the game and in everyday life. I'm beyond excited to give lessons for both baseball and life!
My name is Chris. I am a 6 time Little League All-Star, have 9 years of travel ball experience and 3 years of varsity baseball as a starting pitcher. I have experience coaching through All-American and as a paid California Baseball Academy coach. I created West Coast Mob Squad, a 9u team that was ranked number 5 in the country last season according to TBR and Perfect Game. As a coach I focus on simplifying mechanics to increase consistency, player mentality, and providing analytics and digital feedback.
My name is Justin Strickland and I am a 20 year old college student with 17 years of baseball experience. Growing up in Southern California and playing travel I made the decision early on to focus on catching. I knew this would set me apart from the competition. I had the privilege of learning from multiple professional and collegiate players along the way. Over the years of playing baseball, I have developed a plethora of skill, knowledge and love for the game that I want to pass on to you.
